Really the right perspective we are referring to here is to always focus on the idea of advantages for your clients. The seriously successful businessperson thinks of ways to show interest in their patrons even before they come into their store.

In my relationship or interface with my buyers what items am I now doing or could I be doing which provide advantages to my customers?

What special services do I provide my patrons that benefit them?

Now from the list of benefits you create from questions one, four, and five above. Pick out the best benefits and compile them into an one-page sheet. If there are discrepancies between any of these, I may assure you there'll be issues. The private vision of each should be in synchronization with the dream of the business and boost it. Loan.
