Whatever you would write on paper, cut it in half. As well as using short paragraphs, break up your copy into 2 or 3 levels of press releases and sub heads. Third, take under consideration the persona you may think when writing the piece.

Business Writing Abilities II - A Web Writing Primer.
In this five-part series, the writer will teach you the best way to make your web communications, and all business correspondence, more clear, understandable, and more direct. One technique which has always helped me is the pointless square -- a mnemonic device made to help you figure out what to point out before you say it. I've seen other words used, but the one I remember best is "P. A "Paws stands for "purpose, audience, writer, subject. Home business. "P ask these questions next time you sit down to scribble. What are you wanting to do thru your writing? Each composition has its purpose, even it it's simply to finish an assignment.
